1. Welcome

The Chair called the meeting to order at 4:11 p.m. EST. The presence of a quorum was noted.

2. Agenda Bashing

The Chair called for any comments. It was decided to defer all agenda items, other than the Election of Officers, until such a time when Ray Plzak could participate.

3. Election of Officers

The three positions up for election are: Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Lee Howard nominated John Curran for Chairman and this was seconded by David Conrad. John accepted the nomination. A roll call vote was taken and the motion carried, with John Curran abstaining.

David Conrad nominated Scott Bradner for Secretary and this was seconded by Bill Manning. Scott accepted the nomination. A roll call vote was taken and the motion carried, with Scott Bradner abstaining.

David Conrad nominated Lee Howard for Treasurer, and this was seconded by Scott Bradner. Lee accepted the nomination. A roll call vote was taken and the motion carried, with Lee Howard abstaining.

4.Adjournment

Scott Bradner moved to adjourn at 4:16 p.m. EST. This was seconded by David Conrad. The Board briefly discussed the date for their next meeting. There was a tentative decision to hold a Board meeting, via teleconference, on Saturday, January 10th at 11:00 a.m. EST. The motion to adjourn carried unanimously.
