ARIN will host a Policy Proposal BOF on Sunday, April 18, from 4:30 - 5:30 PM in conjunction with the Vancouver ARIN XIII meeting.
Meet informally with your peers to present your ideas concerning a proposed change to ARIN Internet number resource allocation policies, or introduce a new policy topic. Solicit feedback that will help you refine your proposal and determine if you wish to move forward and make a formal proposal in accordance with the “Internet Resource Policy Evaluation Process” found at: http://www.arin.net/policy/ipep.html. Note that none of the presentations or discussions at this BOF will appear on the official meeting agenda for the April 19-20 Public Policy Meeting, nor will they appear in the meeting minutes.
How to Participate:
-
Send an email to policy@arin.net by April 9, 2004 with your name, organization, and a general description of your proposal
-
Create a five minute presentation on your idea and prepare for 10 minutes of audience discussion/exchange. See http://www.arin.net/ARIN-XIII/workshop.html for more information on the BOF.
Contact Member Services at info@arin.net if you have any questions.
