ARIN will be performing a database upgrade Saturday, 12 January 2008 from 7:00AM EST until 5:00PM EST. During that time, ARIN will be able to receive email and issue ticket numbers. Requests submitted via email will be queued for processing until the upgrade is completed. WHOIS and other external services will not be affected and will remain available for use.
