ARIN is pleased to announce new features to increase the utility of your ARIN Web account. In addition to being able to manage your profile, POC records, and Organization data, you now can:
- Submit questions to ARIN on a variety of topics. The system assigns all questions a ticket number, and correspondence occurs via web messaging.
- Communicate via the Message Center. Correspondence related to ticketed profile requests and questions can be viewed through the Message Center. ARIN will add more request types (POC, Organization, Resource, etc.) and notifications in future releases.
- Track web tickets. Currently, ticketed profile requests and questions are displayed in the ticket tracker. ARIN will add more request types (POC, Organization, Resource, etc.) to this display in future releases. Requests submitted via email templates are not shown.
ARIN will continue to add features to the ARIN website. A list of planned features is available at: http://www.arin.net/about_us/roadmap.html
Log in today and check out these enhancements, or create your ARIN Web account at https://www.arin.net
Please send any questions, comments, or issues to: hostmaster@arin.net.
