The American Registry for Internet Numbers, ARIN, is seeking Internet Co-Location providers to bid to host ARIN equipment and applications used in the operation of ARIN’s public facing DNS resolution services. This service, provided by ARIN, is a critical part of the Internet’s infrastructure, and ARIN is seeking proposals from sites located in Canada and the Caribbean.
All contractual terms and conditions related to the work performed, Non-disclosure of information, or liability issues must be detailed. ARIN will require that the vendor performing this service sign a Non-disclosure agreement due to the proprietary nature of the information ARIN retains for its subscribers.
Proposals must be submitted before 16 October 2009 for consideration, and must include a statement of work, full pricing details, and references.
We anticipate vendor selection by 30 October with deployment no later than 90 days after the contract is awarded.
