ARIN thanks the community for its consideration of the proposed changes to the availability of ARIN services to invalid Points of Contact (POCs) identified by ARIN’s POC Validation Process. Information about this consultation is available at:

As part of the release on 19 March, ARIN now limits the ARIN Online functionality and database access available to invalid POCs identified by ARIN’s POC Validation Process (NRPM Policy 3.6). These changes are intended to further improve the accuracy of POC data in ARIN’s Whois. Users must validate their invalid POCs prior to requesting services and database changes.
