ARIN is pleased to announce a change to the Specified Transfer Listing Service (STLS). A new STLS user category has been added; one pertaining to individuals wishing to serve as STLS Facilitators and assist organizations that wish to coordinate a transfer.
Facilitators, while not stakeholders in the resources designated for transfer themselves, will interface with client organizations with, and in need of, IPv4 addresses to help accomplish a specified transfer in accordance with ARIN policy. Facilitators will be able to view listers and needers for the purpose of contacting either party in order to bring needers and listers together to facilitate an 8.3 transfer.
This service is available only through ARIN Online, so any individual who wishes to register in this capacity will be required to create an ARIN Online account and accept both the ARIN Online and the STLS Terms of Service. Facilitators will also be subject to the $100 annual STLS participation fee.
