On 19 December 2013 the ARIN Board of Trustees adopted the following policy:
A new version of the ARIN Number Resource Policy Manual (NRPM) has been published to the ARIN website. NRPM version 2014.1 is effective 15 January 2014 and supersedes the previous version. NRPM 2014.1 contains the implementation of ARIN-2013-4. ARIN-2013-4 added “Principles and Goals of the American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN)” to the NRPM.
