ARIN is pleased to announce the addition of an instantaneous feedback feature for the ARIN website. You will find a new feedback button on the right side of the top menu for each page of www.arin.net, including pages within ARIN Online. This button will record and relay your feedback about a certain topic, page, section, or form to help us better understand your needs and improve our services.
Feedback will be relayed directly to ARIN in one of two ways. Users logged into ARIN Online will have their feedback, along with their ARIN Online username, recorded and relayed to ARIN. Users not logged in will have their feedback anonymously relayed, with the option to include an email address for contact purposes.
If you elect to submit feedback while logged in, or include your email address when not logged in, it is possible ARIN may contact you directly to ensure your feedback is thoroughly understood.
We encourage all ARIN Online and ARIN.net users to make use of this feature, and look forward to hearing from you!
Regards,
Richard Jimmerson
