ARIN is pleased to announce the release of the new Whois Terms of Use (ToU). On 30 March 2014, ARIN concluded its consultation with the community with regards to the updated ToU, which aligns standard service language across ARIN service agreements, clarifies permissible and impermissible uses of the Whois data, and more clearly defines the rights and obligations of both members of the community who use ARIN’s Whois service and ARIN in its provision of this service.
