On 30 September 2015, the RIPE NCC announced the implementation of the “Policy for Inter-RIR Transfers of Internet Resources”. This policy meets the requirements outlined by ARIN’s “Inter-RIR Transfers to Specified Recipients” (NRPM 8.4), and will allow ARIN and RIPE NCC to transfer IPv4 addresses between resource holders in the two regions.
ARIN has already been processing NRPM 8.4 transfers with APNIC and now will also process them with RIPE NCC.
