At approximately 2:45 PM ET today, ARIN’s phone system went offline, and we are currently unable to receive or respond to calls. We are currently working with our vendor to restore service. The Help Desks are open and available via email. For Registration Services support, please email hostmaster@arin.net; and for Financial Services assistance, please email billing@arin.net.
We will update the community as soon as phone service is restored. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
