You probably already know that we host bi-annual Public Policy Meetings in various cities across our region to facilitate the Internet number resource policy development process. They bring together influential industry professionals, government representatives, and leaders in the Internet community in an open and productive forum. What you may not realize is that we depend on the support of our community to make sure these meetings also offer plenty of opportunity for professional networking and more informal discussions.

Currently we are looking for organizations that can sponsor some of these special events at our next Public Policy and Members Meeting, ARIN 40, which will be held 5-6 October 2017 at The Fairmont San Jose in San Jose, California. This meeting will occur back-to-back with NANOG 71.

Some of the available sponsorship opportunities include:

A Wednesday evening Happy Hour
A Thursday evening social event at Club Auto Sport
Breakfasts, Lunches, or Refreshment Breaks

This is a unique opportunity to get your organization’s name in front of people who are helping determine the future of the Internet. It’s a great chance for you to show support for the community-based and transparent policy-development processes which support the foundation of the Internet.

All sponsors receive:

Recognition on signage in the registration area
