Suggestion

Description:
Dear Sir or Madame
I had contacted your orginization trying to find out who had put an unauthorized programe made by a company named Winferno on it.
It crashed my computer and I had to Reformat my hard drive to fix my computer.
I was able to back up everything except my E mail records.
I had contacted several people. At the time this accured so I’m not sure who told me to contact you. But I believe it was a part of charter.net that handles this type of thing.
I never could figure it out from your websight. I E mailed you at the time but did not get a responce at the time.
In any case I am sure it was the company Winferno it self.
I saved all my files an info on this. I know it is a crime to hack into someones computer and I would lick to see them punished if posible. But I would need some help.
If You could help it would be wonderful. It might save someone from all I went through. If you can’t help, I understand.
Sincerely: Anthony J Musso
