ARIN customers can report reallocation/reassignment data by using the Reg-RWS Application Programming Interface (API).

Downstream Org ID Does Not Exist in Whois
This message is sent to the email address of the user whose API Key is included in the request. (The API Key is specified in the REST call that was sent to ARIN’s Reg-RWS system.)

Downstream Org Has No Validated Point of Contact
This message is sent to all Points of Contact for the downstream Org.

The reassignment of <IP-ADDRESSES

>) was not successful. The reassignment could not be processed because the downstream Organization Identifier (Org ID) does not have any validated Points of Contact.
To receive the reassignment, your Organization must have at least one validated POC. ARIN policy requires all Points of Contact to be validated annually. To validate your POC, log in to your ARIN Online account and select POC Records from the navigation menu. Points of Contact that require validation are noted. Once you’ve validated your POC, please contact your upstream provider, <UPSTREAM-ORG-NAME
> (https://whois.arin.net/rest/org/<UPSTREAM-ORG-HANDLE>
), so they can retry the reassignment.
